The Portfolio Roof Prioritization Tool will allow property managers and facility directors to enter roof details for multiple buildings and generate a ranked priority list with estimated timelines and budget requirements.
What this tool will evaluate per building:
- Roof age, type, and current condition score
- Existing coating system and years remaining
- Leak history and moisture damage indicators
- Business impact risk (tenant type, revenue sensitivity)
- Estimated cost for coating vs replacement per building
