The AI Energy Impact Estimator will analyze your utility data to produce a building-specific estimate of cooling cost savings from reflective roof coatings. Instead of generic "up to 30% savings" claims, this tool will calculate a realistic projection based on your actual energy usage patterns.

What this tool will analyze:

Monthly utility bills to identify cooling-driven energy consumption
Building size and roof-to-floor area ratio
Current and proposed roof reflectivity (SRI)
Payback period based on coating cost versus energy savings
